Starting off today is July 24, 2026. I love poke bowls but service was terrible today. I came in at 8:07 the location closes at 8:30 when I walked in whatever staff was scheduled I was not welcomed by the young lady with double nose piercings and glasses, was also wearing very short, shorts with her bottom hanging out which seemed very unprofessional and uncleanly. Her attitude was extremely rude, and seemed like she was in a rush. I work a customer service job and understand at times things can get busy, but the behavior she gave was honestly unacceptable. After payment approved for my bowls, she tossed my bowls at me in the bag and took off the gloves she was using rolled her eyes and walked away. When I encounter individuals like this it makes me uncomfortable and feel unwelcome. After this visit I will no longer be going to this location and recommend if you want to eat in a clean environment where the food looks and taste fresh, don’t come either. I’d put 0 starts for customer service if I could.

No issues with the food but when I was eating there I heard yelling from a speaker or camera. Was really distracting, from what I heard it was someone telling the employees there to clean the tables but they seemed fine and clean. I felt bad for the employees if there’s issues please resolve it properly. Employees make mistakes but this wasn’t the way to handle it and there was nothing wrong with the cleanliness of the place.

Used to be my favorite place. I went in to get myself a treat which is usually a medium poke bowl I normally ask for light sushi rice double salmon and a scoop of tuna. Even with less rice my bowl is always pressing up against my lid. Today I went in and it was a young short woman with glasses and I watched her serve a lady before me who ordered a small bowl. The lady who had ordered a small bowl asked for crab and the girl couldn't find the spoon for the crab so she grabbed a random spoon and gave her a heaping scoop. When it was my turn to order keep in mind this time I didn't ask for less rice she grabbed two very small scoops of salmon and a small scoop of tuna and then use the same spoon but gave me a small scoop of crab, I asked her if I could have a little more crab as I didn't think it was fair I was ordering a medium which is a bigger bowl but I got less crab than the lady before me who got a small. The woman behind the counter told me she would have to charge me extra for the crab and I told her what I saw and she insisted it was just because of the size of the bowl that it looked like a bigger scoop. First time trying this place as the nearest poke spot near me, and it was a very welcome find. I ordered through GrubHub and received a very well made poke bowl with a ton of protein. Very good and excellent quality.

Ordered the large poke bowl with 5 scoops of protein and the portion sizes are quite large and filling. They are willing to make a lot of customizations as you see fit. Seafood was fresh with good flavors.
